As I have recently been sick, I found this very useful...could you check out coffee for me? I know that when I'm sick, I can't have all the foo foo creamers and sugars in it and I actually drink it black with extra water added to it, but I don't know of any benefits other than it warms my belly, keeps the headache away and helps my constipation...are there any health benefits from black coffee that you know of? Much love...

According to WebMD,coffeedoes deliver some health befefits such as lowering your risk of diabetes, heart disease, and parkinsons disease, colon cancer, and helps with headaches. there is even some evidents that coffee can help with athsma, and prevent cavities!Overall, coffee researchis showingthat it is far more healthfull than harmful.

I'm so glad there are benefits to drinking coffee because I love it so much. But when my adrenals are burned out (and I can tell my my energy level, that "stuffy" feeling in the back of my throat, and sometimes headaches) coffee has the opposite effect. Sugar (including honey) does the same thing. When I'm healthy, it gives me a shot of energy; when I'm sick it makes me sicker. That's when I opt for lemon ginger tea for a soothing and warm comfort beverage. I have to get my energy back quickly so I can have my coffee again!!!

Eating foods high in live bacteria such as yogurt or taking a high quality probiotic will give you better digestive health and eliminate such problems from occurring.

Your question is hard to answer because there are so many differentcauses for stomach aches! There might be something in your dietthat you eat on a regular basis that you dont even know you are allergic to or your body doesnt digest well. I would suggest testing your diet byeliminating things from it and keeping a journal for a while. For example: for two days try to avoid all dairy products. You might be lactose intolerant. If the stomachaches persist, try eliminatingsomething different, such as sugary snacks. The foods that cause the most problems are highly processed foods like fast food andbleached flour and such. Staying away from those in general should help. A high fiber diet should also help with this. Here is a link that might offer more insight. I hope I helped a little. Be sure to drink enough water otherwise fiber can have the opposite effect and be constipating. This works for me every time I am experiencing constipation. http://natural-constipation-remedies.org/chronic-constipation
